Maki embarked on her professional journey in the investment banking sector with Morgan Stanley Japan. However, through her daily experiences working with numbers, she gradually realized her innate desire to have a more personal impact on people's lives. Motivated by this realization, she made a career transition and immersed herself in the dynamic event industry.
Since joining a prestigious event production agency, Empire Entertainment Japan, Maki has refined her skills as a seasoned producer for 20 years, leading projects for nearly 100 esteemed clients across 30 countries spanning six continents including Japan, India, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and Portugal. In addition to her expertise in event production, Maki has also taken charge of the Artist Management Division. In this role, she has worked with A-list international artists, renowned speakers, and unique performers, further expanding her repertoire and creating memorable experiences.
Having dedicated six years to her professional pursuits in Hong Kong since 2016, Maki has now established her base in Singapore.
CHIAKO TSUTSUMI

Chiako has cultivated her experiential marketing career in four prominent cities: Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, and New York. She initiated her journey in events at Dentsu, the largest agency in Tokyo, gaining valuable experience.
Subsequently, in Shanghai, she delved into experiential marketing for high-end brands while working with a boutique local agency. During her tenure in Singapore and New York City, Chiako successfully delivered a number of projects for Fortune 500 companies while being a part of the global creative agency, Imagination. Her diverse experiences across these dynamic cities have enriched her expertise in the field.
Chiako studied the Chinese language at Beijing University, and with an additional 5 years of work experience in Shanghai and 9 years of work experience in New York, she has achieved fluency in Chinese, English, and Japanese. This linguistic proficiency reflects her dedication to mastering multiple languages and enhances her ability to navigate and communicate effectively in diverse professional environments.
